How quickly can care start?
In Massachusetts we often place a caregiver within 24–72 hours. For other New England states, typical placement takes 3–7 days. Emergency situations are handled as quickly as possible — please call us directly.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We don't require long-term contracts. Care can be arranged on a short-term, ongoing, or as-needed basis. You can adjust or stop services with reasonable notice.
Are your caregivers employees or contractors?
Our caregivers are employees of our agency — not independent contractors. This means they are covered by our insurance, properly trained, and accountable to our standards.
Can I meet the caregiver before they start?
Absolutely. We encourage an introductory meeting between the client, the family, and the caregiver before regular visits begin. It's important that everyone feels comfortable.
What if the caregiver isn't a good fit?
We take compatibility seriously. If a match isn't working for any reason, just let us know and we'll reassign. Our goal is a long-term, comfortable care relationship.
